Deposit

Booking & Deposits:
Upon requesting appointment, please be sure that your appointment has been confirmed by us before arriving to salon.
First time clients require a $25 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. For all clients, a $25 deposit is required for all braid services that require added hair, sew-ins/extensions and crotchet styles. Deposits go toward your final service total. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received. Square link will be sent for deposits. We do NOT require a deposit for all other services nor do we require a deposit for return clients after the 3rd visit.

Satisfaction Guarantee:
We are committed to ensuring you leave looking and feeling your best. If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify your stylist before leaving the salon. We will make every effort to correct any concerns the same day (time permitting) or schedule a future visit. Concerns expressed 24 hours after leaving the salon may not be eligible for adjustments and will be considered at the discretion of the stylist.

Hair Preparation:
A shampoo is included with all services. However, please arrive with detangled hair. Additional fees may apply for excessive detangling or prep time.

Guests & Children:
To maintain a relaxing and professional environment, only clients receiving services are allowed unless prior arrangements have been made.

Payments:
We accept Cash, Tap Pay(3% fee), Cash App, Zelle and Afterpay (6% processing fee applies). Please review our Afterpay policy before booking. New and first-time clients are required to pay their remaining balance in CASH at their appointment. Established (Have booked with us 3x or more) clients may use any of our accepted payment methods for their remaining balance. If paying with Afterpay, a Square payment link will be sent prior to your appointment to collect payment. Deposits must be completed within 24 hours of receiving the link. Failure to submit payment within that timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of your appointment.

Remaining balances are due at the time of service.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide proper notice will result in loss of your deposit and/or a cancellation fee. Same day cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the service. If you cancel prior to 24 hours, deposit will go towards a future visit.

Late Policy:
Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 10-15 minute grace period is allowed. After that, your appointment may be canceled or adjusted, and a late fee may apply.

No-Show Policy:
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay in full before booking future services or will be prohibited from booking with us in the future.
